This page will give you an idea of what’s involved in collaborating on a branding project together, including my service offerings, what you’ll need to provide, and the steps of the process. Services + Offerings

Basic Branding Package – $575

  • Includes a primary logo
  • An inspiration (mood) board that sets the vision for your logo design and helps you match future design elements
  • A color palette with hex codes (for web implementation)
  • Files for web and print packaged and shared upon final payment

Branding Design Package – $875

  • Includes a primary logo plus one alternate logo or monogram
  • Web type recommendations
  • A color palette with hex codes (for web implementation)
  • 2-3 supporting graphics, textures, or patterns (the brand questionnaire will include a section to help select the appropriate items)
  • Basic brand guide with everything displayed
  • Skype exit consult with overview of materials and how to apply them, recommendations for implementation on a website, and answer to any questions you may have
  • Files for web and print packaged and shared upon final payment

Note that basic branding does not include any web installation, and assumes you have the capability to make these changes yourself.

If you need additional items designed such as a business card, letterhead, PDF workbook, or something not listed here, I can provide you with a custom quote.


Web Branding Package – Starting at $1,275*

  • Everything included in the branding design package implemented into a web layout via WordPress or Squarespace using a theme selected based on your specific needs (cost of theme not included)
  • Styling of up to 5 unique pages + home page**
  • Styling of up to 5 gallery items or products**
  • Skype exit tutorial to review branding materials and website maintenance
  • Files for web and print packaged and shared upon final payment

*  Not every website is the same. The price quoted is for the items listed above, but I’m happy to customize a package suited to your needs or recommend a developer if you need something completely custom.

** At the end of the project, I will review your website and show you how to update and maintain it, including adding simple pages, products, or gallery items. If you have these items ready to go before design starts and would like me to implement them for you, we can do so for an additional cost. Please let me know at the start what you have in mind so I can create a quote for you.

For website branding, you are required to provide your own hosting and domain. If you’d like some recommendations to get started, click here.

If you have WordPress or Squarespace installed, you can add me as a user to provide administrative access for me to make the updates. If you would like to use Squarespace and don’t have an account yet, I can create one for you and transfer it to you at the end of the project.

Additional Information for Web Branding Packages

Because I collaborate with so many creative professionals who work so hard to make their passions part of their career, I strive to make my services affordable while still offering high-end design. While most web design packages start at $2,500 and above, I am able to offer my services at a lower price range by focusing primarily on the design of the elements that make a website great: a personalized header, well-chosen fonts and color scheme, and coordinating graphics.

Instead of developing a site from scratch, I’ll select a theme (using WordPress or Squarespace depending on your needs and preferences) that offers the functionality you need for your site and customize it to meet your needs. I will consult with you on the theme, the cost for which will be added to your final bill. If the fonts I select for you require a license, you’ll also see this listed on your final bill (you will be consulted first). If you need any stock photos or additional custom graphics beyond what’s provided in the package, these will also be billed separately (and not purchased or created unless you’ve approved in advance). I also offer print and additional graphic design services should you need additional elements designed (such as a business card, newsletter opt-in, etc.).

What You’ll Need to Get Started



Payment + Policies


After you have selected the service package you would like, I will send you a contract and an invoice for 25% of the total to book my services and secure your place on my calendar. The 25% deposit is nonrefundable.

Another 25% is due on your official start date, with the remaining 50% due once the design has been finalized and approved. Your final package and site installation will be delivered and completed once final payment is made.

Payments may be made through my secure online invoicing system. All major credit cards are accepted.


Sometimes despite our best intentions, things come up. I do my best to only commit to projects I can complete in respect of my client’s time, but for both parties, clear communication is key. If you need to cancel the project before it begins, your down payment won’t be refunded. As long as you provide at least one week’s advance notice you can select another start date if timing is an issue.

If you need to cancel once the project has begun, you’ll be charged for the percentage of work already completed, in addition to any fees for font licenses or website themes purchased for the project.


I reserve the right to share in progress and completed images of the project on my website, portfolio, and promotional materials (including social media) for my business.

For websites, I include a link to my website in the theme’s footer, along with your content copyright information.

Rights & Ownership

Your final approved files are yours to use online and in print as designed. If you need a logo or design file altered in the future, you can contact me for rates.


Before our start date, I’m available by email and will try to respond within 48 hours to any questions you may have. During our project together, I’ll always try to respond within 24 hours and ask you to do the same.

Picking a Start Date

First we’ll pick a start date that works for both of us. I’ll let you know my soonest availability, and we can go from there to find a time in which you’ll be available to provide feedback and approval quickly (within 1-2 days) for each step of the project so that the design process runs smoothly and you’re off and running with your new visual branding in good time.

Contract + Invoice

Once we decide to work together and discuss a start date, I’ll send a contract that details the scope of work, cost, and terms for you to sign along with an invoice for 25% of the agreed upon total. I’ll also send you a welcome packet with a timeline and information about your specific project, along with your branding questionnaire to complete before the project start date.

What do you mean by primary and alternate logo or monogram?

A primary logo is simply the main logo you’ll use to identify your business or the header with your name if you’re a solo creative. A monogram or alternate logo are often used to provide a variation of the primary logo in a different format (such as horizontal, within a shape, or initials only) to work for different purposes.

Why do you work from a theme or template?

Working with a theme allows me to select a starting point to meet your website’s needs and customize it without starting from scratch. This allows me to make my services more affordable for you. The cost of the theme is usually around $50, and together we’ll select one that best suits your needs and budget.

Do you work with other platforms besides WordPress and Squarespace?

While I primarily work with these two platforms, I sometimes work with others  depending on your needs. Talk to me to see what might be a good fit.

What if I need additional functionality or custom features for my website?

I work primarily on creating custom graphics, select type, and create systems to work across multiple platforms. While I do often make minor website customizations, anything beyond that would require a developer. I’m happy to recommend one if it looks like you’ll need one.

Can you style more pages than what’s included in the web design package?

My packages are a starting point to meet my client’s broadest needs, but no two people or businesses are the same and I’m happy to customize a package if there’s something you need within the services I offer that’s not listed here.

Do you offer additional design services such as business cards, PDF design, or something else?

Yes! I’ve listed a few samples above and starting rates, but I’m happy to talk with you to learn more about your specific needs.
